What is the Downtown Waxhaw Association?
The Downtown Waxhaw Association (DWA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit led by passionate volunteers, including residents, business owners & community champions.
Our mission? To preserve the charm & strengthen the economic vitality of Downtown Waxhaw through beautification projects, events, advocacy & collaboration.
We partner with the Town to coordinate Waxhaw's Main Street Program & oversee three volunteer-led action teams: Promotions, Design & Economic Vitality.
Together, we roll up our sleeves & get to work to make downtown even better.
