Join the Mule Barn Mercantile under the Pergola behind the building for a sale of today’s toys and yesteryears collectibles. From Pokemon and Sports Cards, to dolls and stuffed animals, toy cars, trucks and more!
Vendors can register by June 8th inside the Mule Barn Mercantile.
Pop Top Checkers Tournament
Second Annual Memorial Pop Top Checkers Tournament

Waxhaw Woman’s Club | 200 E. South Main St.
Join players from across the region for the Second Annual Memorial Pop Top Checkers Tournament in historic Downtown Waxhaw. This multi-day event welcomes both seasoned competitors and curious newcomers for a weekend of strategy, connection, and community.
Kick things off on Thursday with a free Friends & Family Checkers Day, open to all ages and skill levels. Tournament play takes place Friday and Saturday, featuring a full schedule of competitive matches and a closing awards ceremony.
Whether you’re participating or stopping by to watch, it’s a unique opportunity to experience a classic game in a welcoming, historic setting.

Movie Night in the Park returns Friday, April 10th !
