celebration in Downtown Waxhaw!

We’re painting the town green with traditional music, dance, cuisine, and family-friendly activities.

The Downtown Waxhaw Association, Mary O’Neill’s Irish Pub + Jekyll & Hyde Taphouse & Grill have partnered to create a safe, enjoyable experience for all ages.

This celebration serves as both a festive event and historical tribute to Waxhaw’s rich Irish heritage, which dates back to the mid-1700s when Scots-Irish settlers first arrived via the Great Wagon Road.
