Battle of the Waxhaws: Revolutionary War Reenactment Weekend
June 5–7

Experience history where it happened. The Museum of the Waxhaws invites you to the Third Annual Battle of the Waxhaws, a weekend of living history, reenactments, and interactive experiences that bring the American Revolution to life.

Walk through encampments, watch battle demonstrations, and connect with living historians as they share the sights, sounds, and stories of 1780. The weekend begins with a special march into Downtown Waxhaw on Friday evening and continues with two days of immersive programming on museum grounds.

Event Schedule
Friday: March into Downtown Waxhaw at 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Tickets include both Saturday and Sunday admission.
